Mayan Palace Members love to have fun in the sun. When the activities in the sun, warm you up, Mayan Palace offers an endless supply of water fun to cool you off. The cooling water glistens in the sunshine, crashes against the sand, and splashes upon your feet throughout the day. Let the Mayan Palace beach and pool amaze you with hours of fun!

Beach

The beach at Mayan Palace Acapulco stretches along the Pacific coast just south of the Punta Diamante. The sand stretches deep along the shoreline for maximum space for fun. Mayan Palace has sectioned off an area with lounge chairs, palapas, and cabanas. From these prized seats, you can watch the white capped waves roll into the shore, people riding horseback, and children building sand castles. The beach fronts the ocean but has some protection from the large point just north of the Mayan Palace location. The sand is soft with little debris and the ocean is a mild temperature all year round for your swimming pleasure.

Water Activities

Test your skills on the water and above the water. Surf boards and boogie boards are available for renting. For the higher adventure, try parasailing high above the water. Operated by third party companies, the companies provide daily parasailing trips, jet ski rides, surf board rentals, and deep sea fishing trips off the Mayan Palace Acapulco beach front. Be sure to schedule your adventure the day before. You will not want to miss the fun!

Horseback Riding:Conveniently located near the Acapulco beach front, a third party company offers horseback rides down the wide open beaches. Take a stroll or take a ride of a lifetime on horseback to watch the sunset over Punta Diamante.

Beach Massage: Get romantic with a couples massage on the beach! Escape from the sun into a Brio Spa cabana. A masseuse will give you your choice of massages for you and your partner. The sound of the waves and the cool breeze will still surround you as you get pampered. Make your reservations at the Brio Spa

Pool

At the Mayan Palace Acapulco pool, get ready for fun - enjoy gallons of water dispersed for all kinds of fun. There are two swirling Jacuzzis, fountains and waterfalls, waterslides, and a lazy river for countless hours of fun. Daily activities offered at the pool include yoga, water spinning classes, cards, bingo, and Pilates! There are hours of fun to be had at the beautiful Mayan Palace pool.

And for a refreshing drink of water or a fun cocktail, you can pick up your drink of choice at the Mayan Palace snack bar. We recommend the Coco Loco on a warm afternoon.

Pool Activities

Pool Soccer: The Mayan Palace pools twist and turn throughout the property. In one of the many enclaves, there are pool soccer goals set up for endless entertainment. Play a pick-up game to show off your skills.

Water Aerobics: Get out of your lounge chair and jump out of the pool to try the water aerobics class. Moving around in the water will keep you energized and laughing for hours. Stretching and exercise is always more fun to do in the water!
