Beach Fun – the Mayan Palace beach front stretches along the entire property line for Nuevo Vallarta. Round up a game of soccer, beach volleyball, or bocce ball. For the younger kiddos, beach digging is quite a hit. The drift wood, sea shells, and little critters are daily entertainment as well as building sand castles!

Pool Paradise – Jump feet first into the expansive Mayan Palace pool. Choose from the swimming laps, playing water soccer, or wading in the shallow end. There is a water activity for everyone one! Even try the water aerobics class where Mayan Palace staff combines exercise and the pool for a full and refreshing work out. While you are not in the water, enjoy access to the pool snack bar for a refreshing drink and tasty snacks.

Nature Trek – Put on your flip flops or your walking shoes as you go on a tour of the Nuevo Vallarta nature trek. You can find the iguanas, crocodiles, birds, trees, and plants surround you at the Mayan Palace. Each are a part of the natural habitat to the Nuevo Vallarta region.

Do the kids need their own activity? The Kids Club is ideal for children ages 5-12. Educational and fun programs expand the mind and expend the energy of our joyful Mayan Palace kids. The expert staff lead children in activities that include puppet making, cultural lessons, hiking, and swimming in our water park for exclusively for kids. Kids Club and professional babysitters are available during dinner and evening activities.

Inside the Jade Boutique, the video arcade is a ton of fun. With Mayan Palace staff, the video arcade is fun, challenging, and always ready for the next contender. Let the games begin at the video arcade!

Golfing and tennis are also ideal activities for youth and adult alike. Lessons with a trained professional are available for an applicable fee.

And – should you wish to leave the property – the neighboring marina and town of Puerto Vallarta provide a wealth of additional fun from viewing the magical sand sculptures in town to shopping to boat rental and sporting excursions.
