Course Description

  • Nayar Nuevo Vallarta
  • Nicklaus Design course
  • Currently being redesigned with 15 holes open for play

Now in the final stages of a major renovation, there are 15 holes completed with play requiring playing holes 1 – 3 to complete the 18. Surrounded by the vistas of the Sierra Madre in the distance and the jungle of the Ameca River and the Pacific Ocean in the foreground, the course is a wildlife refuge. You can see beautiful birds land in the neighboring sanctuary as you stroke against the 129 slope rating. The signature hole is the 14th, a 153-yard par 3 with the beach to the left and a lake to the right of the green.

The Pro Shop is also newly renovated and promises something for all. Lunch at the turn is always divine. With fresh chilaquilas and a cold cerveza, golf is much more rewarding. The staff is always smiling and friendly. Led by head golf Pro, Jesus Torres, this course is soon to be a stiff competitor among neighboring courses.
